1. Shipping Carriers
We ship all of our products using USPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be added to your order total before payment is completed.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
4. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please allow the following estimates for delivery after your order has been processed:
- Express (United States): UPS 1-2 business days
- Standard (United States): UPS 3-4 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.
5. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.
6. Order Changes & Address Errors
If you need to modify your shipping address or any details of your order, please contact us immediately at admin@yoreman.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Yoreman is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact USPS directly for assistance using your tracking number. If you encounter issues that cannot be resolved with USPS, contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.
8. International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any additional fees, customs duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. Yoreman is not responsible for delays or additional costs due to customs.
