Skincare & Cosmetic Products

Due to the personal nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these items. We recommend reading the product descriptions carefully and reaching out to us with any questions prior to purchasing to ensure the best possible experience.

Non-Cosmetic Products

For all non-cosmetic products, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at admin@yoreman.com with your order details. The item(s) must be returned in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.

Exceptions

  • Any product marked as "Final Sale" is not eligible for return or refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will promptly issue a replacement or refund for the damaged item.
